'It was an explosion in my brain... of fantasticness' - Americans REALLY like hurling

The small ball game seems to be catching on Stateside.

THE GOOD PEOPLE of Indiana were given the chance to experience live hurling when Notre Dame University hosted a hurling 11s game last month.

And going by the reaction of this pair, they’ve caught the bug. Interviewed by Marty Morrissey for last night’s Nationwide, the two shade-wearing fans can barely contain their excitement.

“The potential is exponential,” one explains.
