INJURED VIKINGS QUARTERBACK Christian Ponder sat out on Saturday night as Minnesota crashed out of the NFL play-offs in their wildcard match against the Green Bay Packers.

Why? Well, when Ponder met Shari L. Gross of the Star Tribune earlier today, he showed her exactly why. That’s one hell of a bruised bicep.
