Conor McGregor's definition of 'light work' is slightly different to mine and yours

Ireland’s number one MMA fighter is clearly training hard with UFC 194 just around the corner.

WE’RE JUST OVER two weeks out from UFC 194 and Conor McGregor has relocated to the US to make final preparations for his long-awaited featherweight title match-up with Jose Aldo.

Never one to do things by halves, the Dubliner has posted an Instagram video of himself lashing through a set of sit-ups — while hanging upside with his legs wrapped around a punching bag.

The accompanying caption reads: “That’s light work.”

Maybe to him it is, but we’re getting tired just watching that.

That's light work.

‘A few times I looked across the gym and thought: Jesus, that’s Georges St Pierre!’

Paul Redmond has already taken the first step on his road back to the UFC
