Cork team news: Cahalane set to start, Cadogan returns

The youngster, who is the son of a legendary Cork footballer, will play at full back.

CORK HURLERS HAVE made four changes to the team that beat Offaly last week for their All-Ireland qualifier with Wexford this Saturday in Thurles.

Damien Cahalane, the son of Cork Gaelic footballing legend Niall, makes his Championship debut at full back.

Dual star Eoin Cadogan also returns to the side after representing the footballers last week, while Niall McCarthy comes back from injury.

Pa Cronin plays in midfield alongside Lorcán McLoughlin, and Luke O’Farrell starts at full forward.

Jamie Coughlan, Conor O’Sullivan, William Egan and Darren Sweetnam have all been named on the substitutes bench.
