CORK COUNTY BOARD have this evening confirmed that they have received the resignation of selector Ger Cunningham.
The former St Finbarr’s goalkeeper has been part of the Rebel County’s upturn in success under Jimmy Barry Murphy.
He leaves amid strong speculation that he will fill the management post vacated by John Allen with Limerick.
In a statement released this evening, JBM said: “I would like to thank Ger most sincerely for his contribution over the past two years”.
