THERE’S seven inter-county senior championship games on the agenda this weekend between the provincial championships and the All-Ireland hurling qualifiers.
In hurling the opening games on the backdoor stages are down for decision on Saturday with Wexford, Antrim, London, Westmeath, Offaly and Waterford all in action.

Then on Sunday there will be places in the provincial senior finals in Connacht and Ulster on offer when the ball is throw in at Páirc Sean MacDiarmada in Carrick-on-Shannon and Kingspan Breffni Park in Cavan.
While the hurlers of Limerick and Galway will be watching events in the Gaelic Grounds and O’Moore Park with interest as they wait to see who they will be facing in their respective Munster and Leinster senior hurling finals.
