The Leesiders edged out Monaghan yesterday to regain their title.

CORK’S LADIES FOOTBALLERS saw off the challenge from Monaghan in the All-Ireland final at Croke Park by a scoreline of 2-7 to 0-11 yesterday.

Today, like Kilkenny and Dublin already this year, they spent the morning after the night before in one of the capital’s children’s hospital.
