WEXFORD HURLING BOSS Liam Dunne might regret dropping Jack Guiney from his county squad after the Rathnure ace hit 4-5 in a club match last night.

Guiney, 22, ran riot against Ferns St Aidans in all-county Division 1 League fixture on home soil last night.

Guiney hit 4-4 of his tally from play as Rathnure won by 4-12 to 1-12.

Dunne has made two changes to his starting 15 for Sunday’s Leinster SHC semi-final against provincial and All-Ireland champions Kilkenny at Nowlan Park.

With Guiney axed and Harry Kehoe dropped, Ciaran Kenny and Shane Tomkins have been drafted into the team.
