Here's the trailer for John Mullane's Laochra Gael episode as TG4 start new series

The 12th season of the programme starts next Sunday.

JOHN MULLANE IS first up for the ‘Laochra Gael’ treatment as TG4′s popular GAA series returns to our screens this Sunday.

The Waterford hurler is profiled at the start of the 12th season of the programme and here’s a taster of what to expect:

In all there are ten episodes this season with Down duo James McCartan senior and his son James, Galway hurler Noel Lane, Mayo ladies footballer Cora Staunton, Cork’s Larry Tompkins and Seán Óg Ó hAilpín, Dublin’s Paddy Cullen, Clare’s Brian Lohan, Meath’s Martin O’Connell and Kilkenny’s Willie and Eddie O’Connor all featuring.

As well as the players featured in each programme, there are contributions from team mates and opponents including Henry Shefflin, Ger Loughnane, Dan Shanahan, Niall Cahalane, Michael Duignan, Maurice Hayes, Mick O’Dwyer, Cyril Farrell, Seán Boylan and Dónal O’Grady.

The show will be broadcast every Sunday evening on TG4 after GAA Beo.
