LADIES ALL-IRELAND winners Cork were among the 11 counties to receive All-Star nominations, as eight of their players were recognised for their achievements.
However, perhaps surprisingly, they did not receive the most nominations, with rivals Monaghan and Dublin getting ten and nine nods respectively.
The other counties nominated were Laois (six), Kerry (five), Meath (two), Kildare, Leitrim, Armagh, Cavan and Wexford.
Last month, Cork won a closely fought All-Ireland football final, defeating Monaghan by a scoreline of 2-7 to 0-11.
