Here's why Leinster's game with Glasgow was called off today

That’s a lot of surface water.

THERE WAS DISAPPOINTMENT for travelling Leinster fans early today after a pitch inspection at Glasgow’s Scotstoun Stadium forced the postponement of their Guinness Pro12 fixture.

However, pictures posted by referee Nigel Owens on Twitter this afternoon show that they had little choice but to call the game off.

That’s quite wet.
