Ronan O'Neill the hero as Omagh win Tyrone title and the rest of today's club football action

It was a busy day around the country on the club GAA front.

RONAN O’NEILL WAS the hero for Omagh as his last gasp goal handed them victory in today’s Tyrone county senior football final.

Omagh celebrated a 1-10 to 0-12 win over Carrickmore at Healy Park as they won their first county senior crown since 1988.

Elsewhere today Aughawilan were crowned senior football champions in Leitrim while St Patrick’s won the Louth decider.

In Roscommon, St Brigid’s are still on track for a fifth successive title after they had seven points to spare over Western Gaels in their semi-final clash.
