BY NOW YOU’VE seen enough pictures and videos of Rory McIlroy’s workout routines to know the world’s number one golfer keeps himself in tremendous shape.

However, McIlroy may want to concentrate on his guns after being decimated in an arm-wrestling contest by 17-year old Brad Dalke at a clinic for youth golfers in South Carolina on Friday.

A, ahem, below par performance from McIlroy to say the least.
