26-YEAR-OLD Chinese table tennis player Ma Long is the sport’s world number one after winning the 2015 Table Tennis World Championships at the weekend.
But in the men’s singles final on Sunday, he lost what the International Table Tennis Federation is calling “the point of the century.”
Long squared off against fellow Chinese player Fang Bo in the final and tied at 11-11 in the fifth game,, Bo won a 15-second, 25-shot rally that featured some of the most ridiculous returns you’ll ever see… so he’s the real winner in our eyes.
