LOUTH AND MEATH will meet in Breffni Park in a repeat of last year’s controversial Leinster SFC final.
The game, which is a repeat of last year’s highly-controversial Leinster SFC final, will take place on 25 June and is undoubtedly the pick of the first-round qualifiers.
Louth were shocked by Carlow in yesterday’s quarter-final in Portlaoise while Meath were beaten by Kildare.
The Wee County will be seeking revenge for the previous encounter, in which the county lost as a result of an ‘illegal goal’ by Meath’s Joe Sheridan in the dying seconds of the game.
The other games are Clare v Down, Laois v Tipperary, Antrim v Westmeath, London v Fermanagh, Cavan v Longford, Wicklow v Sligo and Offaly v Monaghan.
The draw comprises of the 16 teams that fail to qualify for their provincial semi-finals.
