VIDEO: Lacrosse team fools opponents with good ol' fashioned switcheroo

Wait, where’s the ball?

MARK THIS DAY and remember it as the moment when lacrosse finally featured on

Why? Because this is a clip of a goal scored by John Tavares of the Buffalo Bandits thanks to a superb piece of hoodwinkery (which we are now coining as a word).

You see, while one of Tavares’ team-mates pretended to have the ball and bore down on the Philadelphia Wings’ goal, the National Lacrosse League’s all-team leading scorer was able to amble in unopposed and score before anybody had a clue what was going on.

Genius, pure and simple.
