At last week’s annual American National Buffalo Wings Festival– in Buffalo, New York, of course– competitive eater Sonya Thomas downed 183 chicken wings in 12 minutes.
In doing so, Thomas took home first place at the festival, and broke her own record of 181 in 2010. She also beat famous eater Joey Chestnut.
Thomas won $1,500 and is nicknamed the “Black Widow” for often beating her male competitors at eating contests.
