CHELSEA ARE IN the League Cup final after a tense, hard-fought 2-1 semi-final aggregate victory over Liverpool.

Branislav Ivanovic’s header (see above) in extra-time put Chelsea ahead on the night, though the Londoners were already on course to go through, with the away goals rule set to come in after 120 minutes of football.
