ALAN BROGAN HAS denied reports that he has retired in the wake of Dublin’s All-Ireland semi-final loss to Donegal yesterday.

RTÉ Sport had this morning reported that Brogan has walked away in the aftermath of yesterday’s championship exit in Croke Park. The story was also reported by the GPA’s Twitter account and the GAA’s official website.

But the 32 year-old has revealed that he has made no decision on his future and his family and teammates will be the first to know.

The 32 year-old has won All-Ireland medals with Dublin in 2011 and 2013. He made his debut in 2002 for Dublin against Wexford and went on to win nine Leinster medals and two National football league medals with the Dubs.

He finally landed the Holy Grail in 2011 when Dublin were crowned All-Ireland senior champions and that added to the All-Ireland U21 medal that Brogan had won with Dublin back in 2003.

Brogan was named Footballer of the Year in 2011 and he won Allstar awards in 2006, 2007 and 2011.
