MERCIFULLY, WE DON’T have a great deal of first hand experience with box jumps, but we’ve seen enough shin to knee-high hops to know that Olympic weightlifter Apti Aukhadov’s exertions are pretty damn impressive.
IRFU strength and conditioning guy Eamonn Flanagan tweeted this video last night with the observation; “When you can clean and jerk 210kg, box jumps are a breeze.”
Quite.
Hold on, you’re not impressed by shoulder-high vertical leaps? Fair enough, neither was this dude – though he only did it once.
