Clare and Limerick name teams for tomorrow's All-Ireland hurling qualifier

Throw-in tomorrow night in Thurles is 7pm.

CLARE HAVE NAMED their starting team for tomorrow’s All-Ireland hurling qualifier against Limerick in Thurles.

It’s unchanged from the side that crushed Laois last Saturday in Ennis.

There are seven new faces from the Clare team that lost out narrowly to Limerick in last year’s Munster quarter-final in goalkeeper Andrew Fahy, the defensive trio of Oisin O’Brien, Conor Cleary and Brendan Bugler, and the attacking duo of Podge Collins and Aron Shanagher.

Limerick have made three changes from their win over Westmeath last Saturday.

Returning to the starting side are defensive pair Richie McCarthy and Tom Condon, along with wing-forward Cian Lynch. The players to make way are the suspended Seanie O’Brien while Dan Morrissey and Barry Nash also drop out.
