According to Jamie Heaslip, it's the Irish and British Lions

HE MAY HAVE been born in Israel but Jamie Heaslip is as proud an Irishman you’re ever likely to find.

The Ireland captain’s end-of-season schedule is hectic as he combines Lions preparations for a trip Down Under with Leinster’s bid for two trophies in eight days.

Nonetheless, as part of his duty’s as captain of the national team, Heaslip was at Dáil Eireann yesterday to promote a Sevens Rugby competition that is being held in Ireland as part of The Gathering.

The back row forward introduced us to a new name for the touring squad to face Australia this June and July — The Irish & British Lions. We like how that sounds.
