Jim McGuinness to stay on as Donegal manager for 2014 season

A statement from the side confirmed the 40-year-old would be continuing in his role.

IT HAS TODAY been confirmed that Jim McGuinness will stay on as Donegal manager for the 2014 season.

A statement from the official Donegal Twitter account read: “Donegal GAA are delighted to announce that Jim McGuinness will continue as Donegal Senior Football Team Manager for the 2014 season.”

McGuinness’ future has been the subject of much speculation since the side’s comprehensive All-Ireland quarter-final loss to Mayo.
