The QPR midfielder says that Wayne Rooney, while being “the epitome of a class Englishman,” is not world class.
Barton compares the England star unfavourably to his former teammate Cristiano Ronaldo, saying that while Ronaldo has fulfilled his early promise, Rooney has failed to do so.
