ENGLAND WING JONNY May was today ruled out of Six Nations and the rest of the season after a knee operation.
The 25-year-old, capped 19 times for England, required surgery following a ligament injury suffered during Gloucester’s Premiership game against Harlequins at Twickenham 11 days ago.
The news comes 48 hours after Bath lock Dave Attwood was ruled out of new England coach Eddie Jones’ Six Nations campaign after undergoing neck surgery. The Chariot begins to roll again on 6 February when they take on Scotland in Murrayfield.
