Kildare and Meath both unchanged for Leinster semi-final clash

If it ain’t broke, why fix it?

KILDARE BOSS CIAN O’Neill has named an unchanged starting XV from the facile win over Laois as they get set to take on Meath in the Leinster SFC semi-final at O’Connor Park, Tullamore on Saturday [Live on Sky Sports, throw-in 7pm].

That means Daniel Flynn, who scored 1-3 last time out, returns at full forward while Eoin Doyle continues to captain the side from the half-back line.

Meath manager Andy McEntee has also kept faith with the same side that saw off Louth last time out.

Donal Keoghan will continue at centre back despite Brian Power’s recovery from injury while James Toher, a late addition to the starting XV against Louth, keeps his place.

The two sides last met in February in Division II of the Allianz National Football League when Kildare ran out comfortable 3-17 to to 0-16 winners.
