Dublin racking up the wides here, Paul Winters has just been off-target with a close-range free.

Clare 0-4 Dublin 0-1: 10 mins – Clare stretch their advantage when Bobby Duggan converts another free. His accuracy from placed ball scenarios has been excellent throughout the championship to date.

Conor Cleary has been a tower of strength early on for Clare at centre-back while Niall Deasy and Bobby Duggan are looking dangerous in attack.

Clare 0-5 Dublin 0-1: 13 mins – Jamie Shanahan smashes over a huge free from distance after Conor Cleary had been fouled.

Clare 1-5 Dublin 0-1: 15 mins – A huge boost for Clare as they strike the game’s opening goal. Jamie Shanahan blasts a penalty to the net after Dublin goalkeeper Cian MacGabhann had fouled Shane Taylor.

Clare 1-6 Dublin 1-1: 16 mins – Dublin are thrown a lifeline with Oisin O’Rorke finding the net after Conor McHugh’s high ball in caused problems in the Clare defence. But the Banner youngsters quickly settle their challenge with Shanahan, who has been outstanding so far, firing a point from play.

Clare 1-6 Dublin 1-4: 20 mins – Dublin make further inroads into Clare’s lead through a point by Cian Boland but it could easily have been a goal in the build-up when Caolan Conway’s low drive was brilliantly tipped away by Clare goalkeeper Eibhear Quilligan.

Clare 1-8 Dublin 2-4: 23 mins – This time Caolan Conway makes no mistake when through on goal as the Kilmacud Crokes player fires a bullet off his left-hand side into the bottom corner. Suddenly it’s a one-point game and after trailing by seven points at one juncture, Dublin will be pleased with their revival.

Clare 1-14 Dublin 2-8: 34 mins – Another pointed free by Duggan is followed up by a magnificent point from play by Niall Deasy. Clare now three points ahead.

Some team news reaching us about today’s senior game. It looks like Cyril Donnellan will miss out for Galway through injury with James Regan the likely replacement in attack.

Clare 1-14 Dublin 2-9: 37 mins – This continues to be a tight contest with Dublin midfielder Colm Cronin firing over a lovely point to trim the margin to two.

Clare 2-14 Dublin 2-9: 41 mins – Huge boost for Clare as they find the net for the second time in the game. Substitute Conor Deasy does the spade work in winning possession and when he feeds Shane O’Donnell, the Eire Og Ennis attacker shows great determination to burst through and unleash a drive to the top corner. Bizarrely the ball goes through the net but the goal stands and Clare are now in a healthy position. Dublin change sees Donal Gormley on for Sean Treacy.

Clare 2-14 Dublin 2-10: 43 mins – Wing back Sean McClelland bombs over a long-range point for Dublin. They needed that score after the setback of conceding a goal.

Clare 2-14 Dublin 2-11: 48 mins – Huge chance for Dublin to find the net after Oisin O’Rorke is fouled and a penalty is awarded but Sean McClelland’s low drive is deflected away by corner-back Gearoid Ryan on the line for Clare. Paul Winters fires over the resultant ’65 but that could be a major turning point.

Clare 2-15 Dublin 2-11: 51 mins – Shane Taylor grabs a point for Clare to push them four points clear. The Banner are in a strong position now.

Clare 2-16 Dublin 3-12: 54 mins – Lifeline for Dublin with Colm Cronin finding the net after Donal Gormley’s mishit shot had found him in a great position close to goal. Shane Taylor had struck over a lovely point for Clare just before that. Banner substitution sees Stephen Ward in for Niall Deasy.

Clare 2-16 Dublin 3-13: 56 mins – And now it’s level with Dublin full-forward Cian Boland raising a white flag. Exciting finale in store here.

Dublin 3-14 Clare 2-17: 58 mins – Dublin move ahead with Conor McHugh pointed after a great pass by Cormac Costello. But Clare bounce back admirably with a stylish point from David Conroy.

Clare think they have hit the front through a Bobby Duggan free but it is controversially waved wide.

Dublin 4-14 Clare 2-17: 61 mins – Huge drama as Oisin O’Rorke finds the net for Dublin.

FULL-TIME: Dublin 4-14 Clare 2-17: And that’s it, Dublin win the game in sensational fashion through that late goal by O’Rorke. It’s rough justice on Clare who looked to be on course for victory in the finale but Dublin hung in there and grabbed some crucial goals. They will contest the All-Ireland minor final this year against Tipperary or Galway on September 9th.
