Alan Pardew might not love Papiss Cisse anymore

Despite Cisse’s open goal miss, Newcastle got their first league win.

ONE FEATURE OF Newcastle’s recent performances has been the play of Papiss Cisse, who had scored four goals in the three games before their delayed home clash with Leicester today and seemed to be keeping Alan Pardew in his job single handedly.

And it looked like he was going to give Pardew another lifeline when he found himself facing an empty net……but then this happened.

Despite that howler, Gabriel Obertan scored to give Newcastle their first league win of the season.
