ROBBIE HENSHAW HAS had a tough task playing in Brian O’Driscoll’s old position this year and naturally his performances have been scrutinised heavily to see how they stack up with the recently retired legend’s.
That is probably a lot for a young player to deal with but Henshaw’s centre partner Bundee Aki has given us a glimpse into how Connacht’s 13 gets himself ready to go.
Was this book strategically place by an opportunistic Aki? Perhaps, but it would be pretty cool if Henshaw was trying to understand how to be the best 13 he can be by studying the life of his predecessor.
And hey, in case you missed tonight’s game, he isn’t going too bad at the moment.
