BRITISH TEENAGER Laura Robson had a lot on her mind on Friday as she geared up to take on Russian former number one Maria Sharapova on Court One at Wimbledon.
It was only after her subsequent two-set defeat (6-7, 3-6) to the number five seed that she had time for a quick perusal through some of the press coverage before her match, including a lovely article in London’s Evening Standard about the support her father Andrew would be on hand to give her.
Unfortunately, for the newspaper in question they didn’t get it quite right as reported by Robson on her official Twitter feed earlier today…
