SHANE LOWRY IS ready to become a Mo Bro — with a twist.
As well as cultivating a furry facial friend for Movember, Lowry has promised to make a charity donation for every birdie and eagle he cards next month.
He tweeted: “Who’s doing #movember this year? I’m doing it. Donating 100 euro for every birdie and 500 euro for every eagle I make in November.
“Think it’s for a great cause and looking forward to raising some awareness and some money for it.@MovemberIreland”
Lowry will have plenty of opportunities to rack up that charity pot over the course of a busy month. He is due to play the Turkish Open and the Race to Dubai before he heads down under to represent Ireland at the World Cup of Golf.
What’s more, there will be plenty of opportunities for photographers to get snaps of him and his new nose neighbour*.
*It’s not even November yet and we’re already running out of nicknames.
