WHEN HE’S NOT on the couch alongside Kammy for Goals On Sunday, Ben Shephard presents general knowledge quiz show Tipping Point on ITV.
On yesterday’s programme, which pits four contestants against each other and involves a large arcade-style coin pusher, one of the questions that came up related to a goalkeeping legend — former Manchester United and Denmark stopper Peter Schmeichel.
It went: “Between 1991 and 1999, Peter Schmeichel was a goalkeeper for which English football club?”
Bev was first to buzz in, but probably wished she hadn’t after the answer she gave.
