Armagh were 6-22 to 0-10 winners over the Faithful, who are now in serious danger of suffering the drop to Division 4.

Kieran McGeeney’s side were in complete control throughout and they had 1-7 on the board by the time Offaly opened their account.

Niall Rowland, Rory Grugan, Anto Duffy, Niall Grimley, Stefan Campbell and Andrew Murnin hit the back of the net for the Ulster outfit in a completely one-sided affair.

Louth continued their winning start to the third tier with a 2-10 to 1-11 win over Antrim.

Colm Kelly’s men maintained their 100 percent start to the league as Eoin O’Connor and Ryan Burns chipped in with the crucial goals in either half.

Sligo moved up to third in the table with a 0-18 to 2-16 victory against Laois today.

The O’Moore county lead by five at the break thanks to goals from the Kingston brothers Donie and Paul.

But losing Kevin Meaney to a red card just before the break proved costly for Laois, as Sligo turned the screw with the impressive Niall Murphy kicking 0-5 from play.
