Russell’s thumping volley — hit with his less favoured left foot — helped Sligo Rovers to a 3-0 win over Bray on Saturday night.

It’s a definite contender for Goal of the Month, and maybe even for Goal of the Season… but if you ask Eamon Zayed and the Shamrock Rovers fans, they’ll probably tell you that it wasn’t even the goal of the night.
