IRELAND U17 STAR Troy Parrott has signed his first contract at Tottenham.
You may recognise his name as a key component to Colin O’Brien’s side who had an impressive run at the Uefa U17 Championship earlier this year.
16-year-old striker Parrott rattled the net three times through that campaign, before it came to a heartbreaking end following a controversial penalty shootout loss to the Dutch.
The Spurs sensation brought the game to spot kicks with a vital second-half equaliser, and then converted his penalty but the Boys in Green were denied progression to the semi-final.
Despite that, Parrott caught the eye throughout the tournament and has continued to turn heads since.
The Dubliner is a product of schoolboy club Belvedere FC, and reached an agreement with Spurs last year. He linked up with the London outfit full-time in June and will play for their U18 side.
