ARSENE WENGER WAS clearly not happy after Olivier Giroud got himself sent off after he headbutted  Nedum Onuoha in tonight’s match.

Alexis Sanchez had been heavily involved as Arsenal led QPR 1-0 at the Emirates Stadium in the Premier League.

The Chilean international missed a penalty early on, before heading home to give the Gunners a 1-0 half-time lead.

However, Giroud’s moment of madness then put Arsenal under pressure, after they previously appeared to be cruising, but Tomas Rosicky then made it 2-0 for the hosts, after being set up by Sanchez.

Nevertheless, a Charlie Austin penalty after Junior Hoilett was tripped in the box gave QPR hope late on.
