Venues, times, TV coverage - All-Ireland SHC quarter-final details confirmed

Páirc Uí Chaoimh and Semple Stadium will play host to the clashes.

THE GAA HAVE confirmed the details for the weekend’s All-Ireland SHC quarter-final action, with both games to be shown live on RTÉ.

Páirc Uí Chaoimh will host the meeting of Clare and Wexford at 3pm on Saturday, while Kilkenny and Limerick are Thurles bound on Sunday with the Semple Stadium showdown throwing in at 2pm.

Davy Fitzgerald’s Wexford set up a last-eight clash with his native Banner county as they beat Westmeath in the preliminary round on Saturday evening.

Limerick meanwhile booked their quarter-final date as they cruised past Carlow, while Kilkenny will hope to turn the tables against John Kiely’s men after their Leinster final replay loss to All-Ireland champions Galway yesterday.

Meanwhile, Galway and Kilkenny will act as the curtain raiser in Thurles on Sunday as they face off in the Electric Ireland All-Ireland minor hurling championship.

Sunday 15 July 

  • Kilkenny v Limerick, Semple Stadium, 2pm, live on RTÉ.

  • Galway v Kilkenny, Semple Stadium, 12pm.
