An early contender for pass of the season helped Chelsea beat Arsenal today

Take a bow, Cesc Fabregas.

BOOS FROM SECTIONS of the Arsenal away support greeted Chelsea’s Cesc Fabregas at Stamford Bridge today.

However, the former Gunners star clearly didn’t let these taunts affect his performance this afternoon, as he delivered an influential display.

And the highlight of Fabregas’ game was undoubtedly his assist for Chelsea’s all-important late second — an inch-perfect through ball that enabled the similarly impressive Diego Costa to score his ninth goal in seven league matches.
