These two GAA fans came up with the perfect souvenir for their wedding guests

Do you think the couple charged for this ‘match programme’?

EVERY WEDDING IS usually special and a lot of fun but generally they all follow a fairly similar format. One GAA-mad couple from Waterford dispensed with tradition and created a brilliant ‘match programme’ for their special day.

Mairead Murphy is a Waterford camogie player while Mark Nugent plays with Clashmore/Kinsalebeg.

I really hope Mark actually plays his matches in a jacket, shirt and tie.

Congratulations to the happy couple, and I’m sure they have inspired a whole host of people to attempt similarly creative ceremonies. Just don’t shoot the messenger if your King Henry-obsessed groom turns up wearing a ceramic head.
