# That Was Quick
Bayer Leverkusen just scored the fastest goal in Bundesliga history
Karim Bellarabi scored the historic goal against Borussia Dortmund.

THE NEW BUNDESLIGA season is only two days old but it has already given us a few moments to get the pulse racing.

Last night, Wolfsburg’s Junior Malanda made a fool of himself when trying to score an open goal against Bayern Munich and this afternoon we were treated to the fastest goal in league history in the Borussia Dortmund-Bayer Leverkusen game.

Congratulations to Leverkusen’s Karim Bellarabi.

Some people have timed the goal at seven seconds and some at eight. Either way, we can agree that it was really, really fast.
