FRANK FITZSIMMONS IS the new Antrim senior football manager after a quick turn of events in Ulster county.
Earlier today Baker confirmed he had resigned from his position as Antrim boss after he found out the county board had sought nominations for the position next year.
The Saffrons wasted no time in appointing a successor for Bradley. U21 manager Frank Fitzsimmons was promoted to the senior job, the county board announced this afternoon.

According to Gaelic Life, a statement from the Antrim county board read: “Coiste Aontroim are delighted to announce that Frank Fitzsimmons has been appointed Antrim Senior Football Manager.”
“Frank has accepted the position, and is looking forward to the new season in charge.
“I would like to thank Liam Bradley for his year in charge and wish Liam , Patrick and Declan all the best for the future.”
Bradley managed Antrim from 2009-12 before being reappointed last year. They finished third from bottom in Division 4 of the league with just two wins but claimed their first championship win for five years after victory over Fermanagh in the Ulster quarter-final.
