Here are the teams for the game at Tolka Park…

We’re underway…

SHELBOURNE 1-0 SHAMROCK ROVERS (WOOD 2)

Shelbourne take an early lead.

Coyle’s corner finds Ledwidge on the edge of the area.

The full-back’s goalbound shot ricochets into the path of Wood, who makes no mistake from close range.

It’s a double blow for Rovers, as Grace picked up an injury in the build-up and has to go off, with O’Sullivan coming on in his place.

8 mins: Shelbourne have started impressively, pinning Rovers into their half for most of the game so far.

It’s still scoreless in the other four top-flight matches.

DERRY 0-1 WATERFORD (WHITE 9)

Second-place Waterford’s encouraging start to the season continues.

Former Fleetwood player Kyle White has given them the lead up in Derry.

12 mins: This time, Shelbourne are forced into an early withdrawal.

Sam Bone has to go off injured and he’s replaced by a man making his home debut for Shelbourne, Liverpool loanee James Norris.

SHELBOURNE 1-1 SHAMROCK ROVERS (MCENEFF 16)

Rovers have gradually got a foothold in this game and are now level.

It’s one Conor Kearns won’t want to watch back.

The goalkeeper comes to claim a ball into the area but spills it and McEneff is on hand for the simple tap-in.

CORK CITY 0-1 BOHEMIANS (BUCKLEY 21)

Keith Buckley has given Bohs the lead in Cork.

It took a wicked deflection on its way into the net and leaves Alan Reynolds’ side third in the as-it-stands table.

Here’s a look at the Rovers equaliser…

29 mins: Shelbourne have been a little ill-disciplined in the early stages.

Both Boyd and Coyle have already picked up yellow cards.

Here’s a look at the opening goal in the Cork-Bohs game…

CORK CITY 1-1 BOHEMIANS (MAGUIRE 35)

ST PAT’S 1-0 SLIGO (ELBOUZEDI 36)

A senior Ireland international, Sean Maguire, has levelled for Cork against Bohs.

Meanwhile, former Ireland U21 international Zach Elbouzedi has given Pat’s the lead against Sligo.

37 mins: Shelbourne nearly re-take the lead through Sean Boyd.

The striker gets on the end of McInroy’s delivery and heads inches wide at the near post.

ST PAT’S 2-1 SLIGO (BAGGLEY OG)

DERRY 0-2 WATERFORD (RADKOWSKI 39)

DROGHEDA 1-0 GALWAY (BRENNAN 40)

There has been a flurry of goals in quick succession.

At Richmond Park, Aidan Keena doubled Pat’s advantage before Sligo got one back through a Barry Baggley OG.

Hosts Drogheda are ahead against Galway thanks to Ryan Brennan.

And Waterford are now 2-0 up away to Derry courtesy of Kacper Radkowski.

Here’s the clinical finish from Kyle White that put Waterford ahead…

  • Drogheda Utd 1-0 Galway
  • St Pat’s 2-1 Sligo Rovers
  • Derry City 0-2 Waterford

Confirmation of the First Division half-time scores…

  • Kerry 0-1 Dundalk
  • UCD 0-1 Cobh Ramblers
  • Treaty United 1-0 Finn Harps

The second halfs in all the top-flight games have begun…

50 mins: A good spell for Shelbourne.

Cleary tries to clear a ball into the box, but his header falls to Odubeko.

But the former West Ham youngster’s volley goes narrowly over the bar.

ST PAT’S 3-1 SLIGO (FORRESTER 52)

It looks all over at Richmond Park, as Chris Forrester has added a third for Pat’s.

It’s been an awful start to the season for bottom-of-the-table Sligo, who look set for three defeats from three.

This is what the Ryan Brennan goal that gave Drogheda the lead looked like…

58 mins: Odubeko gets in behind the Rovers defence from a long ball.

Boyd is screaming for the pass in the area, but Lopes gets back well to make two good defensive blocks to deny the striker.

DERRY 1-2 WATERFORD (HOBAN 64)

Pat Hoban has got a goal back for Derry against Waterford from the penalty spot.

The Candystripes are looking to avoid a second defeat from three games.

ST PAT’S 3-2 SLIGO (KAVANAGH 65)

It’s turning out to be a brilliant game between Pat’s and Sligo.

A Cian Kavanagh goal with 25 minutes remaining has given the visitors hope as Stephen Kenny’s men attempt to hold on for what would be their first win of the season.

68 mins: Double change for Shels.

McInroy and Wood are off, Lunney and Chapman are on.

Kavanagh missed a penalty for Sligo at 3-1, with Anang getting down well to make the save…

DROGHEDA 1-1 GALWAY (BROUDER 76)

ST PAT’S 3-3 SLIGO (KAVANAGH 78)

What a comeback by Sligo at St Pat’s.

It’s been spearheaded by Cian Kavanagh, who has just scored his second goal of the night to bring the visitors level.

CORK 2-1 BOHEMIANS (KEATING 83)

ST PAT’S 4-3 SLIGO (KEENA 79)

Keena has got a second to make it 4-3 to Pat’s.

Elsewhere, Bohs look set for their second defeat of the season, as Keating has put Cork ahead.

Here’s a look at the seventh goal of the night in the thriller at Inchicore…

We’re into stoppage time in four of the five games now, with Tolka Park the exception.

FULL-TIME: DERRY 1-2 WATERFORD

FULL-TIME: DROGHEDA 1-1 GALWAY

On Virgin Media, Vinny Perth names Paddy Barrett as the player of the match and adds the defender was his player of the season last year.

Elsewhere, there’s been a red card late on at Turner’s Cross with Rob Cornwall given his marching orders in the 95th minute.

FULL-TIME: SHELBOURNE 1-1 SHAMROCK ROVERS

FULL-TIME: ST PAT’S 4-3 SLIGO

FULL-TIME: CORK 2-1 BOHEMIANS

So that’s that.

It looks set to be another tight, closely fought season.

After three games, every team has dropped points.

Two wins and a draw is enough for Shelbourne to be top for now, after an intriguing, tactical affair with Rovers, with a draw probably the right result as neither team did enough to win it.

Drogheda are third despite only winning one out of three fixtures.

Confirmation of the First Division results:

  • Kerry 0-1 Dundalk
  • Wexford 2-0 Bray
  • Treaty United 3-1 Finn Harps
  • UCD 1-1 Cobh Ramblers

Right, that’s all from me for now.
