Somebody forgot to put a token in the meter but that didn't stop London's hurlers from training

FOR MOST OF us, a floodlight failure would be the perfect excuse to postpone training and head home for an evening on the couch.

Not the London hurlers, however.

GAA players are known for their steadfast commitment and despite a power failure at their Ruislip base, training went ahead as planned thanks to some resourceful bright spark.
