Ross Barkley was responsible for a 15-minute traffic delay in Rio
Updated at 20.45
ROSS BARKLEY HAS endured a nightmare start to his World Cup campaign after committing a schoolboy error in Rio de Janeiro recently.
The Everton youngster was late for a team meet-up, meaning he missed the England bus’ departure from their base.
Fortunately for Barkley, the bus eventually stopped and waited for him to arrive, much to the audible chagrin of the locals, as a 15-minute traffic pile-up was caused in the process.
