Vincent’s are first out of the dressing room and are on the field waiting for Castleknock.

And we’re off.

St Vincent’s 0-8 Castleknock 0-7

36 mins – Carlos drops a free from the hands short. At the far end Quinn creates an opening for Shane Carthy, who puts it over.

A great tackle from behind by Kilkenny strips Connolly of possession. The crowd loved it.

A lot of poor use of possession in the last few minutes. Most of the play is very lateral from both sides. We’ve a very defensive game on our hands.

Massive hit by Ger Brennan on Kevin Kindlon and he’s shown a second yellow.

RED CARD for Ger Brennan after 45 minutes.
