We’ve seen more frequent box jumps.

But we’ve never seen anything quite like this from Texas Tech wide receiver Derrick Willies.

Below he performs a 60-inch box jump, starting from a seated position and with a 10lb vest just to make it that bit more difficult.

And we pulled a hamstring getting out of bed this morning.
