Two changes for Waterford as Laois stay unchanged before hurling qualifier

The sides face off in Walsh Park on Saturday night.

WATERFORD BOSS DEREK McGrath has made two changes for Saturday’s All-Ireland senior hurling qualifier against Laois in Walsh Park.

Darragh Fives comes into the defence at right half-back to make his first competitive start of 2014 after suffering injury problems. His brother Shane also lines up in the rearguard.

In attack newcomer Ryan Donnelly from Dungarvan gets the nod to start at right corner-forward alongside Shane Walsh and Colin Dunford.

Jamie Nagle and the suspended Brian O’Sullivan are the players to make way from the Deise line-up as they seek to bounce back from their Munster quarter-final replay loss against Cork.

Laois have named an unchanged team for the game as they seek to bounce back from their recent Leinster championship loss to Galway.
