Where and when to watch Ireland - and every other game - in the Women's Six Nations
THE UPCOMING WOMEN’S Six Nations broadcasting details have been announced.
Virgin Media and RTÉ have joint rights and coverage will be across the entire tournament and be free to air.
The first game of the tournament will be on 11 April with France facing Italy at 12.25pm on the RTÉ Player.
That will be immediately followed by Ireland V England at 2.25pm on RTÉ 2 and RTÉ Player.
Virgin Media will cover the final game of the first weekend with Wales V Scotland on 4.40pm on Virgin Media Two and Virgin Media Play.
The Ireland women’s team will play at the Aviva Stadium for the first time against Scotland on 17 May, that game being broadcast by Virgin Media.
Virgin Media Television’s coverage will be led by Joe Molloy, joined by a powerhouse panel of former Ireland internationals including Fiona Hayes, Eimear Considine, Jenny Murphy and Grace Davitt.
RTÉ’s coverage will be fronted by Jacqui Hurley with Hugh Cahill commentating and a panel of Irish rugby legends including Fiona Coghlan, Lindsay Peat and Hannah Tyrrell providing analysis.
