Sassuolo were still in the game and looking for an equaliser when there was a pretty straightforward back-pass played to goalkeeper Andrea Consigli.
Looking to open the play up instantly and begin an attack, Consigli tried to pick out a team-mate by wrapping his foot around the ball.
Unfortunately, he misjudged it just a little bit.
