DONEGAL BOOKED THEIR place in the Ulster ladies senior football semi-finals with a 10-35 to 0-4 win over Down on Saturday.
Yes, that’s 10-35 to 0-4.
*rubs eyes*
Ten goals. Thirty-five points. A 61-point win.
Geraldine McLaughlin opened the scoring in Brewster Park with Donegal’s first goal just two minutes in before Yvonne McMonagle followed up with another a minute later.
McMonagle would go on to score six — SIX! — of Donegal’s goals, five of which came in the first half as they led by 7-17 to 0-3 at the break.
They obviously weren’t tempted to ease off in the second half, outscoring Down by 3-18 to 0-1.
They’ll play Tyrone in the provincial semis.
